The Conscious administration of Narmer School represented by Mrs. Faten Al-Rashidi is keen and careful in choosing all elements capable of achieving visions and goals on the ground, provided that it combines elements of expertise and youthfulness in this regard.

Thus we achieved what we wanted, as Narmer included the conscious leadership, a team of dreams without borders, and unwavering interests and an endeavor to achieve the goals without stopping; to turn our school into a beehive in its work and a military barracks in its system and a house that includes a family on the relationships of its members, and this is reflected in the performance of teachers in the classrooms and outside it.
